“Nat’s” quick snack:
slice an apple and dip into almond butter.

“Claudia’s” Cauliflower – fake-it-  tortillas: for any meal or snack. Paleo recipe:
Use them instead of bread in the morning with some jam or peanut butter on top.  Alone they taste as cauliflower but with some sweet jam on top they are good!  Also use them as tacos with chicken and salads … anything could be put inside…
Paleo pancakes…. some are super yummy!!!
Tried some of these cakes… they are amazing!!! and you cannot tell they are Paleo!!
my breakfast messy-cookie-pancake:
Oats, 1 egg, coconut flakes or grated, some nut or soy milk. Make it lumpy not liquid and dump spoons of it into a hot frying pan with coconut oil. Turn over once. Ready in 5 min, 10 min tops including cooking in frying pan.
“Kim’s” life saving Crisp bread Flat bread:
You can make all sorts of combinations from the seeds/nuts/flours. Use a measuring cup with the liquid marker in Liters
* 0.3 liter chia, flax, lin, pumpkin, sunflower, powdered almonds
* 0.2 liter oats and oat flour or buckwheat if you are keeping away from grains
* 0.2 liter water
+ shredded coconut and a tiny bit of maple syrup
Bake 175 for 20 minutes, cut as desired in squares, then continue baking ~20-30 minutes more based on thinness of the bread and the crispiness you want.
