Today’s poem:

My
beloved child, break your heart no longer.
Each
time you judge yourself, you break your own heart;
you
stop feeding on the love which is the wellspring of your vitality.
The
time has come. Your time to live, to celebrate.
And
to see the goodness that you are.
You,
my child, are Divine. You are pure. You are sublimely free.
You
are God in disguise and you
re
always perfectly safe.
Do
not fight the dark, just turn on the light.
Let
go and Breathe in to Goodness that you are.

Mon
enfant bien-aim
é, ne
laisse plus ton Coeur se briser.
A
chaque fois que tu te juges, tu brise ton proper Coeur;
tu
arr
Ne
combats pas le c
ôté sombre, allumes simplement
la lumi
ère.
Lâche tout et respire dans la
bont
é que
tu repr
ésentes.

Our Mantra for today:
OM NAMAH SHIVAYA (I bow to Shiva)

This mantra is a salutation to our highest form of consciousness. Shiva represents the supreme reality, our inner SELF. Shiva is the name given to consciousness that dwells in all of us.

This mantra is a way of saying: “Show me the light”. It comes from the heart of the Vedas. There is no restriction to chant this mantra, it is open to all, anywhere and anytime.
Chanting switches off the part of the brain that experiences separation. It will go to sleep to leave space for “ONENESS”. listening to chanting softens the heart.
